Key Responsibilities :

Care Coverage : Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.

Client Outreach : Act as a CareCo ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.

• Adaptability : Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Demonstrated experience in PCA roles within in-home support services.

Reliability : Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions for completing specific assignments.

Flexibility : Ability to adjust to schedule changes and availability for weekend shifts.

Requirements :

Two forms of valid identification

A smartphone for scheduling and payroll

Participation in a mandatory, PAID in-person orientation
