Full Time RN Clinic Manager

The Surgery Center of Ft. Lauderdale is now seeking an OR / GI (RN) Manager, Full time. Welcome to The Surgery Center of Ft. We believe health and care are inseparable. OR / GI Manager at The Surgery Center Of Ft Lauderdale.

This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees and vendors. Coordinates special equipment, supply and equipment needs for cases working closely with the materials manager. The OR / GI Manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The OR Manager works with the Administrator in meeting Facility goals. Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services. Assists as RN Circulator as necessary.

Evaluates current practice through quality and performance improvement measures.

Coordinates, facilitates, and manages change within the health care organization.

Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.

Operationally and fiscally manage the perioperative services department.

Collect and analyze data that applies to perioperative services to facilitate collaboration and negotiation with stakeholders.

Evaluates staff member performance.

Ensure that the appropriate personnel, equipment, and supplies are available.

Associates in nursing from an approved nursing school required; Five (5) years of nursing experience

• ASC / HOPD management experience preferred
• Current OR RN license
