• Engage with qualified prospects to understand their insurance needs and deliver customized coverage options.
• Follow up with inbound and agency-generated leadsno hunting required.
• Build rapport with clients, overcome objections, and close business confidently.
• Maintain client and policy data in the agency CRM.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics and contribute to team success.
