Queens based coffee roasting and distributing company seeks an experienced individual for a full-time customer service position in our call center. Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance with a variety of matters. You will have a major impact on our customers and the relationship we maintain with them.
The CSR will report directly to the Call Center Manager. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) answering incoming client calls, taking orders, arranging service calls and problem-solving client issues – all in a call center environment that strives for excellence.
