RN - Emergency Room

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Room. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide critical care to patients in urgent need, assess incoming patients, perform life-saving interventions, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This is a 13-week contract position working rotating shifts either 36 or 48 hours weekly, every other weekend and holidays will be required.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS, NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize patient care effectively.
