PRODUCTION CONTROL COORDINATOR

Advantech Industries, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturing company based in Rochester, New York, specializing in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly services. The company, founded in 2002, serves multiple industries, including defense, medical, and aerospace, and operates out of a 250,000-square-foot facility.

We are currently seeking an individual to collaborate with us as a Production Control Coordinator. The Production Control Coordinator will develop and implement project scheduling and strategy throughout the manufacturing process to successfully maintain production flow in support of our customers’ deadline. In addition, the coordinator communicates and coordinates with all departments to ensure a successful outcome for all projects

Successful candidates will possess :

• A HS Diploma or GED with equivalent work history;
• 5 years of production control experience;
• Previous experience with ERP Systems;
• Thorough operational knowledge of plant operations, while working under pressure and adhering to deadlines;
• Capacity to be diplomatic and possess good human interaction skills;
• Alignment with the requirements and principles of the Advantech Quality Management System and ISO 9001 : 2015;
• Skills to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently;
• Capacity to handle changes in business operations and adjust to new situations;
• Preparedness to walk for extended periods on the manufacturing floor;
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

What we offer :

According to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $28.00 - $35.00 / hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
