Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy automation solutions across the full employee lifecycle
Utilize Low-Code / No-Code platforms to build workflows and trigger automations
Integrate HR systems and internal tools via APIs and maintain HR databases
Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in database modeling and JavaScript
Experience with Low-Code / No-Code tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate)
Familiarity with Airtable or equivalent platforms
Solid understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and JSON
Self-starter attitude with a B1 or higher English level
