Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping. Use company tools : service van, iPad, iPhone. US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident) 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces. Valid driver’s license (background / drug checks required) Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restrictions. BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician in Portland, OR, for a diverse, inclusive team. Earn $25–$38 / hr. and customize your career with our $3,500 Tech Flex Program – choose a cash bonus, advanced training, or extra paid time off.
Why Join Us?
- Pay : $25–$38 / hr. ($52,000–$79,040 / annually based off a 40 Hr. work week ) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
- On-Call Pay : $150 per scheduled on-call shift
- Paid Time Off : Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
- Paid Holidays : 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- 401(k) Match : 5% employer contribution
