We’re looking for a skilled Legal Assistant or Paralegal with at least 3 years of personal injury experience, including strong pre-litigation and trial prep skills. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and can manage a case from filing through trial support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, pre-trial and post-trial documents, and minors’ compromises
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Schedule and prepare expert depositions and subpoenas
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Ensure compliance with pre-trial deadlines
