Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate - Industrial Distribution will support our B2B marketing efforts, focusing on email marketing, inbound marketing, communications, and event management. This position will participate in brainstorming for and creating designing and creating marketing collateral (brochures, line cards, flyers, trade show displays, case studies, etc.), planning and scheduling email / direct mail campaigns, email and social media campaigns, coordinating tradeshows and special events, performing market research, and facilitating soliciting feedback from customers for our customer satisfaction program. This role also assists in outbound marketing campaigns including PPC, direct mail, and traditional advertising. Experience with lead management or CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
Essential Functions
- Contribute to and create email marketing campaigns
- Review, maintain and update marketing collateral, including line cards, brochures, business cards, direct mail pieces, letters, postcards, lead capture forms, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Assist with media buying and advertising PPC advertising, identify new advertising opportunities monitor current campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Coordinate trade shows and events in the production of signage, trade show displays, and marketing collateral. Coordinate the production of signage, displays, and marketing materials to ensure successful trade shows and events. Assist with pre and post-event marketing activities
- Create content for our websites and social media (product pages, landing pages, ads, etc.)
- Implement Customer Satisfaction survey tools and output, manage our Customer Satisfaction Program
- Support The Hope Group's Business Management System [BMS] procedures and work instructions by following established processes and supporting their continual improvement
- Participate in the preparation and facilitation of the Marketing CI meetings
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks including database and prospect list management CRM system, prospect list, and lead management
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or instructed
