Job Summary :

North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time, night shift basis. As an LPN at our 99-bed center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to individuals with diverse needs and goals. Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on individualized treatment plans

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to established protocols

Monitor vital signs, report changes, and implement interventions as necessary

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements :

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

1 year of experience preferred, but we will consider new graduates

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
