Were seeking a driven Sales Manager who loves winning, builds strong teams, and knows how to turn ambition into measurable results.

The Role
The Sales Manager owns the momentum of the sales floor. You will set the pace, raise the standard, and ensure membership growth and revenue goals are consistently met. Working closely with the General Manager, youll help build repeatable systems, develop top-tier sales talent, and create an experience that makes every prospective member feel confident choosing UFC GYM.

What Youll Do

• Coach, develop, and inspire the membership team to outperform monthly goals
• Actively create new business through outreach, local events, and relationship-based selling
• Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales processes
• Drive strong results in tours, appointments, referrals, and close rates
• Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee follow-up and retention efforts
• Assist with overall club operations, including cleanliness, organization, and member satisfaction
• Partner with the General Manager on community partnerships and local marketing initiatives
• Represent the UFC GYM brand with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm

What You Bring

• Demonstrated success in a goal-oriented sales environment (fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus)
• Natural leadership ability with a passion for coaching and accountability
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Comfortable working toward aggressive performance targets
• Availability to work weekends

Preferred Background

• Two or more years in fitness, sales leadership, or customer service management
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
