What Youll Do

Provide skilled compassionate hospice care to patients and families during after-hours and on-call shifts.

Assess and respond to changes in patient condition ensuring comfort and dignity.

Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team physicians and family members.

Educate and support patients caregivers and facility staff on the hospice philosophy and care plan.

Offer emotional and spiritual support at all stages including end-of-life care and bereavement.

What Youll Bring

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN Diploma or BSN)

Current RN license in good standing

1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)

Compassionate heart strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Reliable transportation valid drivers license and proof of insurance

Ability to lift up to 50100 lbs. and travel up to 50%
