Now Hiring: Skilled Machine Operators Laser/Plasma (Apprentices Welcome)

We're currently seeking reliable, safety-focused Laser/Plasma Machine Operators or Operator Apprentices to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience operating fiber or CO2 flat/tube lasers and plasma cutting machines, especially in steel or metal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laser and plasma cutting machines (fiber, CO2, or plasma)
• Load/unload raw materials and finished parts
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with job documentation, programming, and material tracking
• Support warehouse functions: material handling, finishing, packaging
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed manufacturing processes
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for logs/documentation
• Certified or willing to be certified in forklift operation
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety practices
• Experience with Trumpf machines is a major plus
