Job Description

As a Security Professional - Defense Site Patrol - DoD Top Clearance in OLDSMAR, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in the aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. Pay Rate : $21.52 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Fri 10 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 AM

Sat 10 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 AM

Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the aerospace and defense environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.
  • Assist with access control and monitor entry points as required by site-specific protocols.
  • Document incidents and complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
  • A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
