Over the past 40 years, Chaparral Medical Group (CMG) has established itself as a leading primary and multi‑specialty care provider for California's Inland Empire. In 2022, CMG joined forces with Akido Labs, a tech‑enabled healthcare company, to transform the healthcare experience from the ground up.

This partnership brings together CMG's medical services and Akido's innovative technology to relieve the frustrations felt by everyone involved in care delivery, from providers and staff to patients and families. Ultimately, this means our providers spend more time caring for patients and less time bogged down with administrative work.

As part of the Akido medical network, we are currently responsible for more than 250,000 patients in Southern California and plan to expand into new markets across the U.S. We are building a dynamic, diverse, and driven team that values accessible, high‑quality healthcare.

The Opportunity

Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative and mission‑driven team. You will play a key role in delivering whole‑person, longitudinal care that promotes wellness, manages chronic conditions, and addresses acute medical concerns.

Who you are

Required Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire.
  • Proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care across various ages.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency, preferably in Spanish.
  • Experience in value‑based organizations.

    • Salary Range

    $260,000—$330,000 USD
