Neurologist - Findlay, OH
Blanchard Valley Health System is actively seeking a highly skilled Neurologist to join our dedicated team serving patients across Northwest and Central Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians committed to providing exceptional outpatient neurological care in a collaborative, supportive environment with flexible scheduling options.
Position Highlights :
- Flexible Scheduling : Choose full-time or part-time hours, including options such as 2-5 days per week, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, or a rotating week on / week off schedule.
- Patient Care : Manage a predominantly outpatient practice with the ability to incorporate inpatient consultations. Enjoy the freedom to select your patient mix and practice at the top of your license.
- Procedures : Perform outpatient EEGs, inpatient EMGs, and other diagnostic procedures as appropriate.
- Workload & Call : Participate in a 1 : 3 outpatient call schedule with first-call support from APPs, ensuring manageable patient volumes and work-life balance.
- Teaching & Collaboration : Opportunities available to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees, supported by a full spectrum of medical and surgical specialists.
- Practice Environment & Support : Work within a Magnet-designated, CPC-accredited ASC with advanced certification in stroke care, including the American Heart Association / American Stroke Association Gold Plus Award and Joint Commission certification for stroke readiness. Candidate Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.Passion for outpatient neurological care.Commitment to excellence and continuous learning.Preferred candidates include current residents, fellows, or experienced physicians (visa candidates not accepted).Compensation & Benefits :
