About the Role – Federal Tax Manager

Requirements

• \tBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field
• \tCPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Taxation
• \t5+ years of federal tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department; experience with corporate entity structures in addition to a general level of knowledge in other areas of taxation, including partnerships, trusts, and individuals

About the Role – Federal Tax ManagerRequirementsBachelor ’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field

CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Taxation

5+ years of federal tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department; experience with corporate entity structures in addition to a general level of knowledge in other areas of taxation, including partnerships, trusts, and individuals

ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a full spectrum of tax services : planning, research, compliance, provision

Review workpapers and tax returns

Plan and coordinate the flow of information with clients and effectively manage client needs

Develop and sustain strong client relationships

Simultaneously manage multiple projects, teams, and clients across various industries

Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members

Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
