Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare support sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Project Coordinator

Location : Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range : $28.00 / hr

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST

What's the Job?

• Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines to meet project schedules.
• Establish and maintain engagement across teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Prepare work summaries, status reports, and document lessons learned.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans.
