Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Track sales metrics and report on performance to management.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Experience with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

• Excellent negotiation skills to close profitable agreements.
