Responds to calls for guest needs as it relates to maintenance and can multi-task

Basic knowledge of building maintenance such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Must be able to work well in a team and communicate with other departments of the hotel. Customer Service is a must
