Position Title : IP Litigation – Mid-Level Associate

Location : Washington, DC, Boston, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York

Salary Range : $225,000 - $435,000

About the Opportunity

• Seeking highly qualified associates with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our Litigation group.
• Candidates must have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes .
• Experience with inter partes review petitions is highly desirable.
• A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
