The RN Director Surgical Services will play a critical role in overseeing the operational, financial, and clinical aspects of surgical care within a reputable healthcare facility. The RN Director Surgical Services will also oversee the Heart and Vascular program. This leadership position is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

The Surgical Services Nurse Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and collaborate closely with operating room leadership, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams. The Surgical Nurse Director will have the support of a Perioperative Nurse Manager, Surgery Nurse Educator, and perioperative clinical nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination across surgical operations. The director also works in partnership with the cardiovascular services team to support the heart and vascular care program.

The Perioperative Services Department consists of multiple operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, serving a diverse range of specialties. The unit maintains a patient-focused atmosphere, emphasizing collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence in surgical outcomes. The heart program includes dedicated cardiovascular operating rooms and specialized clinical teams committed to providing exceptional cardiac care.
