A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project accounting, including budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
Provide financial reports and project status information while supporting projects from initiation to closeout
Conduct vendor maintenance and provide systems support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in project administration, training, or accounts payable
Experience with accounting software
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
Accounts payable and vendor management experience
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
