Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migrations, ensuring data integrity and client adoption
Manage onboarding and adoption playbooks, achieving key milestones
Translate product features into customer-specific business value and provide proactive consultative support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5+ years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migrations
Solid foundation in accounting principles and hands-on QuickBooks bookkeeping experience
Proven track record in implementing software or process improvements, ideally in accounting or finance systems
Experience in consultative or facilitative customer roles, such as training or business analysis
Familiarity with Customer Experience Management platforms, particularly Salesforce
