What You’ll Do :

As a Software QA Tester, you’ll be at the center of ensuring that every product release meets our high standards for quality and performance. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and automation engineers to deliver a smooth and reliable user experience.

• Test and validate : Execute manual test cases to identify defects, verify functionality, and confirm that products meet business requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with Product and Development to understand requirements, clarify expected outcomes, and ensure test coverage aligns with user needs.
• Document and track issues : Clearly record test results, defects, and steps to reproduce, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up with the dev team.
• Contribute to strategy : Participate in test planning, design, and improvement discussions to refine our QA processes.
• Bridge manual and automated testing : Work closely with automation testers to identify test cases for automation and continuously improve efficiency.
• Support CI / CD efforts : Use GitLab to deploy, test, and validate builds in our cloud environments.
• Drive quality : Share insights and advocate for process enhancements that improve release reliability and user experience.
