The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in supporting Hawkins overall marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. This position will drive impact through media planning project coordination and execution of marketing programs that strengthen Hawkins presence and support sales growth.

The Marketing Analyst will work closely with business unit leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver creative and data-driven marketing solutions. Responsibilities include campaign planning budget tracking marketing collateral development internal request fulfillment list management and performance reporting to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Media Planning & Campaign Execution

• Support the planning and coordination of advertising and media placements across print digital and other traditional channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute media plans and ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand standards.
• Track performance of media initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.

Supporting Internal Marketing Requests

Marketing Project Management

List Management & Data Coordination

Collaboration & Business Alignment

Creative Development & Tradeshow Support

Performance Reporting & Insights
