As a Personal Trainer at Fitness 1440 Nashville, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for our members and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Perform fitness assessments and training sessions.
• Schedule all clients for their next session.
• Call and confirm all future appointments.
• Spend time on the fitness floor prospecting or assisting members who may need additional help.
• Huddle with the Personal Training Director for additional ways to improve and grow.
• Assist in facility upkeep, such as doing walkthroughs and putting equipment away.
• Service all sessions promptly as scheduled, starting and ending on time.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
• CPR required or obtained within 30 days.
• Spanish Speaking preferred
• Knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Polite and courteous, exemplifying Fitness 1440 service standards.
