Position Details
- This is a 1099 Contract position with flexible call volumes, usually between 2 to 5 service calls daily. Compensation starts at $35 for each completed ticket.
- You will primarily focus on hardware part replacements through Dell and Lenovo warranty services, providing critical support to our customers.
- Pay periods occur every Friday, beginning the week after your ticket completions.
- A reliable mode of transportation is necessary to conduct service calls efficiently.
- Access to a computer and the internet is essential to log into your service portal.
- Each workday, you'll need to log into your tech portal by 9 am to accept tickets, update their statuses, and plan your service routes.
- Your responsibilities include reaching out to customers to confirm service windows for onsite visits.
- Parts required for repairs will be supplied by the manufacturers, typically picked up from FedEx each morning, along with shipping labels and materials for returning the removed components.
