Title Closer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Title Company.

The Real Estate Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include :

• Managing files from executed sales contract through processing and preparation of the Closing Disclosure / HUD.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to obtain required documentation and resolve title issues in support of the processing team.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other title requirements to ensure compliance with title commitments and lender closing instructions.
• Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters related to surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts.
• Preparing the final Closing Disclosure / HUD and complete closing package.

Pay Rate Range : $26.44 - $31.25 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
