Discovery Therapy, company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and ABA-PCA to join our Early Intervention team!

Discovery Therapy is seeking an excellent RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and ABA-PCA to join our Early Intervention community team within Philadelphia County.

Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and / or learning disabilities that are in the need of RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and ABA-PCA Services.

We have full-time, part-time, and contract / per-diem positions available.

• 1099 Contractor Position

Available Positions :

The RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and ABA-PCA will work directly, one-on-one (1 : 1) with children in preschools, daycares or home environment. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 3-7 hours each day. The Personal Care Assistant, RBT and ABA-PCA therapist will work 1 : 1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare or home environment.
