Role : As the Project Engineer, you’ll turn real-world field challenges into elegant engineering solutions—bridging design, construction, and on-site execution to bring our next-generation energy-storage systems to life. This is a highly dynamic, field-oriented role at the intersection of engineering, construction, and project execution.  As part of a high-growth startup, you will be challenged to rapidly expand your skillset, with ample opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities :

• Thorough characterization of existing infrastructure at potential installation sites to refine designs, installation procedures, and inform site selection
• Technoeconomic modeling to optimize site selection and design selection
• Streamlining the site evaluation process to prepare for future rapid deployments
• Operations and maintenance of installed devices as needed
• Managing contractors / consultants as needed
• Travel to vendors, customers, and installation sites (15-30%)

This job will begin remote, but we plan to bring the engineering team into an office between May and December of 2026. The location of that office has not been finalized, but it will either be Los Angeles or Denver.
