Outpatient Physical Therapist Shift : Monday- Thursday 730A-5P & Friday 730A-12P Weekend REQ : no weekends Is on-call REQ? No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? No Preferred / Required Years of experience REQ : 2 years First-timers accepted : Yes License REQ : SC or Multistate Compact PT License Certifications Required : BLS Experience Preferred : Outpatient clinic experience, Orthopedics experience Misc. Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending License accepted : SC PT or compact state license in hand at time of start RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager's approval.
