Job Description

ELCO Lighting, a well-established lighting fixture manufacturing company in Los Angeles. We are seeking a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :

  • 3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line
  • Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products
  • Introduce new products into the marketplace
  • Set up trade shows and meetings
  • Develop loyalty amongst new customers : Electrical Distributors and showrooms
  • Build new book of business through various channels

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Located in Los Angeles
