Strong expertise in technical detailing construction documentation and Type-V construction; Type III / podium experience beneficial. Proven leadership in managing teams and consultants. Experience managing clients with high service expectations. Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Familiarity with AIA contracts construction administration and construction management platforms. Skills in Adobe Suite SketchUp Enscape and other visualization tools preferred. Our client is seeking an exceptional Project Manager / Architect with 10 years of experience to lead the design and documentation of complex highly detailed custom residential projects with additional opportunities in commercial and multi-family work.
This role offers significant design ownership leadership visibility and involvement across all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design detailing and full documentation of interior and exterior architecture.
- Oversee all phases of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Manage project schedules work plans budgets and documentation.
- Direct and mentor junior and intermediate staff.
- Coordinate work with consultants and internal production teams.
- Maintain high-touch client relationships and set expectations regarding budget and schedule.
- Ensure quality control construction detailing accuracy and consistent project standards.
