Marketing Operations Producer

A company is looking for a Producer, Marketing Operations (Product Showcase) on a fixed-term 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Produce in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, managing all technical and logistical aspects

Scope project requirements and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress

Build and maintain project plans and schedules, tracking progress and updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Proven experience producing large-scale events or live activations

Experience collaborating with product marketing and integrated marketing teams

Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools, such as Asana

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems autonomously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
