A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel to manage vendor contract negotiations and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate vendor contracts to protect the company and its customers

Manage escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Provide legal counsel regarding business challenges and objectives

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with a JD degree from an accredited school, focusing on SaaS agreements

Direct experience with strategic business agreements, information security, compliance, and intellectual property rights

Strong negotiating skills related to legal and financial / commercial issues

Excellent knowledge of contract and corporate law

Demonstrated ability to create proactive legal strategies
