[job_card.job_description]TBD based on candidate availability Patient Demographics : All ages Patient Volume / Census : Varies by shift Rounding : Not Included Case Mix : General Urgent Care presentations Office Equipment Available : Standard urgent care equipment Support Staff Available : Clinic support staff (not detailed) Reason for Coverage : Ongoing full-time staffing need Hospital Privileges Required : No Rate : Competitive hourly rate + productivity incentives Additional Benefits : $50,000 sign-on bonus $50,000 starting incentive $14,000 moving allowance Full benefits package including malpractice insurance General urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting) Licenses : Georgia medical license or eligibility Board : BC / BE in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine DEA : Active DEA Certification Certifications : DOT certification preferred Experience : Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred Other Qualifications : Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Provide direct urgent care services to walk-in patients Perform minor procedures and diagnostics Manage episodic illnesses and injuries Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with clinic team to ensure quality care

- Coverage Type : Clinical Only
- Coverage Period : ASAP – Ongoing
- Clinical Shift Schedule : 3 weekdays one week / 2 weekdays + 2 weekend days the following week; average ~40 hrs / week
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 8p (or until last patient seen)
- Saturday / Sunday, 8a – 5p (or until last patient seen)
