Organon R&D Procurement & Supplier Management
This position is responsible for working alongside the Director of Clinical / Pre-Clinical / TMED / Outcomes Research (OR) R&D Procurement & Supplier Management in developing and implementing a multi-year strategy that expands the capability and flexibility of working with external partners across the R&D organization at Organon. This position is also responsible for directing the activities in support of our current (and future) outsourced scope of work.
Responsibilities will include managing processes and connections between the external partner and the various stakeholders within R&D including Clinical / TMED / OR functional teams and Finance and STS to ensure that we are efficiently and effectively delivering high quality clinical development, translational medicine / early development, and outcomes research activities on time globally.
Tasks :
The incumbent will require a working knowledge of and skills in clinical operations, medical affairs, outcomes research, business operations, outsourcing, and project and change management with a strong track record of demonstrated leadership.

Final salary determinations take a number of factors into account including, but not limited to, primary work location, relevant skills, education level, and / or prior work experience.
The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is stated below. Benefits offered in the U.S. include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver / parental and medical leave, and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Annualized Salary Range (US) : $113,500.00 - $193,300.00
