Order Processing Associate
LaSalle Network is looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Associate to manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently for one of our clients in the Chicagoland area! This role is critical to ensuring timely fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming orders in the system with accuracy.
- Verify order details, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain organized records of orders and transactions.
- Assist with reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
