Location : Philadelphia, PA

Unit Description : Ground Founders

Description :

SHIFT IS FLEXIBLE, they have several holes and can consider most days / shifts. Please include preferences on submission

• Must hold ARRT registered in MRI, CPR required
• Performs a variety of MRI and MRA procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols and assists the Radiologists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Technologist will operate MRI scanner, all RF coils, MRI workstations, laser cameras, film processors, patient monitoring equipment, MR injectors.
• They will assist patients in understanding procedures, screen for Biomedical and metallic implants; ask pertinent questions regarding medical history, change patients into dressing gowns.
• Perform proper procedures and protocols for various studies done in the section.
• The MRI Technologist will treat all patients professionally and function as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishments of their imaging needs.

On-call, Holiday and some weekend rotations.
