Licensed Practical Nurse

Patient Care :

• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications, dress wounds, and provide other treatments as directed by a physician or RN.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding when needed.
• Monitor patient progress, noting changes in condition, and report findings to the supervising RN or physician.
