Our client, a leading international freight forwarder, is seeking an Ocean Import / Export Operations Specialist to process data and documents for both ocean & air shipments.

This position is based in Hunting Beach, California, and offers a competitive salary benefits.

You would be responsible for :

  • Processing data and documents for Import and Export Ocean shipments.
  • Coordinating with vendors and carriers to provide timely and exemplary service to clients and partners.
  • Handling and maintaining the accuracy of all related documents, monitoring the status of shipments, and keeping clients informed.
  • Experience working with legalization, letters of credit, and original titles.

Work Experience Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of operational experience with an international freight forwarder.
