Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communications to secure required documentation

Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One or more years of customer service experience

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation

Ohio resident with high-speed internet access
