Business Execution Consultant - RCSA Artifacts Consultant - Hybrid

• Position Title : Business Execution Consultant - RCSA Artifacts Consultant
• Approved Physical Locations : Charlotte (Uptown or CIC) 3 - days a week in office
• Duration : 12+ month w2 contract
• Functional Industry Title : Administrator, Processor, Auditor, Quality Control and Assessment
• Job Requirements : *
• Someone who has worked in Administrations, Processing Transactions. .
• Top Needs : *
• Organization, very process oriented. The volume is intense in this position but with additional resources that will help.
• Someone who likes to follow directions
• Someone who has been in a role where they were responsible for a process and it had to be done repeatedly, what did that look like? Someone for example who was on a team who had to pull data sets, each day for a period of time to show understanding of the similar work
• Required Technology Skills : *
• An understanding of SharePoint and basic file management
• Systems that the team use to run reports are very learnable
• Potential Industry Experience : *
• Mortgage
• Auditing would be a great experience / environment
• QA / QC

• Customer Intake

• This is an operational role and would not be considered strategic
• The ideal candidate is someone who follows procedure and source artifacts
• A quick description of the task :
• When there is a consent order, there are a certain set of documents meant to prove that it has been completed.
• This is being done across thousands of documents and they need to be identical, the packages need to have the same files etc.
• There is a reason to follow procedure and someone who understands the importance of following the process is important.
• This position will have written procedures, the details in sourcing Artifacts as a procedural document is available to this resource.
