JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to oversee the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of our company's programs. The successful candidate will negotiate and prepare contracts, ensuring they meet financial and contractual requirements while developing new business to expand our product line. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and you will act as an advisor to the program team on tasks and operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, considering financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the product line.
- Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems.
- Prepare proposals to win new programs and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
