Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data models and schemas to support BI and analytics initiatives. Utilize SQL to query, transform, and optimize large datasets for reporting and analysis. Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports following visualization best practices. Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver insightful reports. Apply data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, star / snowflake schemas) for efficient data structuring. Partner with data engineers and analysts to streamline integration and reporting workflows. Identify and resolve data quality issues and drive process improvements. Required Skills & Experience Banking industry experience is mandatory. Strong proficiency in SQL, including data modeling and schema design. Deep understanding of data warehousing (star / snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling Hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and visual analytics. Solid ETL experience (Alteryx preferred, not mandatory Proven ability to work with and optimize large datasets for analytics. Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder interaction. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cross-functional data environments. Familiarity with additional data visualization or ETL tools. Background in business analysis, data engineering, or analytics consulting. We are an equal opportunity employer.
