Position Description / Responsibilities :

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the on-duty nurse, you will be the primary contact for any medical needs during our respite program. Under the guidance of our Nursing Director and supported by our dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. Nurses' responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Administering home medications
• Managing tube feedings
• Attending to injuries / administering first aid
• Responding to all medical emergencies
• Document and communicate medical updates as needed

We are looking for a nurse with afternoon / evening availability and a desire to provide care for children and adults with disabilities. Our clients generally have low medical acuity, and our highly trained DSP team will assist with daily living activities. We are open to candidates who are willing to work PRN, part time, or full-time. For full-time status, we offer benefits with paid time off.
