• Requirements:

• Valid HHA certificate
• At least 1 year of home care experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON (or chest x-ray if positive)
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Driver's license preferred
