[job_card.job_description]Familiarity with accounting practices Ensuring PCI compliance Maintaining secure, scalable, high-performing application environments Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle-based financial applications . Develop and maintain Oracle Forms applications. Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications. Create and support PL / SQL scripts , packages , stored procedures , functions , views , and triggers . Support and maintain Oracle database objects , schemas , and conduct performance tuning. Ensure compliance with accounting requirements , Department standards , and PCI regulations . Support integration Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes for financial and operational systems. Ensure all technical integrations follow state financial system standards. Configure, manage, and support Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including : Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) Support secure, scalable application deployment and integration via middleware components. Perform Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) operations between : External systems (third-party APIs, partner platforms, cloud services) Extract and transform source data to meet business and technical specifications. Define data mapping , transformation rules , and validation requirements . Implement : Error handling Audit controls Support scheduled ETL jobs and ad-hoc data processing needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and enhancement requests. Create and maintain : System documentation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, coaching, and technical training to OATS and FDACS teams. Attend all assigned project meetings. Provide regular verbal and written status updates. Submit weekly project reports and timesheets as required.
